Epenesa,** whose contract expires after next season. Somehow, a few picks later, the Bills can't believe their luck as **Xavier Watts** is still on the board. The former Notre Dame ballhawk, a team captain, is the perfect fit for Sean McDermott's defense as the team transitions from the Hyde-Poyer era into Watts-Bishop for 2026 and beyond. McDermott and the Bills notoriously bring their rookies along slowly, giving deference to vets who have put in the time and earned their spot. Even though Cole Bishop is better suited as a downhill thumper, he'll likely play free safety in 2025 while **Taylor Rapp** plays strong. At least in this fantasyland.
