SIS Scouting Report
- Jahdae Barron, CB — 6.6 (Lower-end Starter)
The Vikings desperately try to trade down but find no takers and decide to take the best available player on their board, defensive back Jahdae Barron.
The Texas corner has spent time outside, in the slot as a nickelback, and even manned the deep third as a safety. Sounds like a perfect fit for Brian Flores's chaotic, shapeshifting defense.
Then, on Day 2 they're finally able to recoup some additional draft picks by sliding back with the Rams, adding Day 3 selections to add necessary depth — including a backup QB.
